J&PL Properties Limited is a family business initially created to supply affordable rental accommodation and maintain a strict high level standard for our tenants. All rents are below regional levels and to protect the tenants most have not seen any rent increase over a number of years.

We extended the activities into holiday homes, Seascape and Seascope overlook the sea at Kessingland, Suffolk and our lodge Kingfisher directly on the waterfront on the Norfolk Broads.

Our top of the range is Lodge 120 at Warmwell holiday park in Dorset with a resort boasting indoor swimming and outdoor dry ski slope. Nightly entertainment for all the family.
